Which peptides are included in my membership?
Renew and Evolve memberships include access to LumiVita's Core and Advanced peptide offerings. Your monthly peptide is based on your membership tier, with the flexibility to add additional options at your member rate. Select peptide therapies—including NAD+, Oxytocin, and PT-141—are available separately, with pricing that varies based on treatment. Ask your provider for guidance or refer to our full peptide menu for details.

What is the membership term?
Memberships are sold in rolling three (3) month terms (each, a 'Term'). Each Term will automatically renew for successive three (3) month periods. Member may cancel by providing at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to the end of the then-current Term by completing 'membership cancellation form' on our membership landing page.
Do I need to pay for the membership in three month installments?
No. Your Membership is billed monthly, with no upfront payment required for each three month term.
Can I change my membership tier?
Yes. With 30 days' notice (prior to end of each three month term), you may move between membership tiers.
Can I switch peptides during my membership?
Yes—based on your provider's guidance and what's medically appropriate for your goals, you may adjust your peptide plan during your membership term.
Can unused recovery sessions or body scans roll over to future months?
No. Recovery sessions and body scans must be used in the month they are issued and do not roll over. However, as an example, for Evolve where you have access to 6 recovery sessions per month, you can book 2 sessions in one day (1 redlight, 1 sauna/cold plunge).
Can I gift my recovery sessions or body scans to someone else?
No. Membership benefits are non-transferable. However, you may participate in our member referral program, which provides both you and your referred friend with a $100 credit. No partial use of the $100 credit is allowed, must apply 100% of credit to service.
Is there a limit to how many members I can refer?
No. As the 'referrer', you may refer an unlimited number of new members and receive referral credits ($100 each) for each qualifying referral. As part of this referral program, each referred member ('referee') will also receive a $100 credit. Both referrer and referee credits expire within six months from referred member sign up date.
Can I purchase HRT and TRT with my membership discounts?
How do I cancel my membership?
To end your membership, simply complete the membership cancellation form with your name, email, and phone number. You'll also have the option to share your reason for canceling so our team can better support you. Once submitted, a team member will reach out to guide you through next steps. As outlined in your agreement, a 30-day notice, prior to the end of the then-current Term, is required for all cancellations.
