As a member, you will also enjoy access to our referral program. Refer a friend who becomes a member, and you will each receive a $100 credit towards any service, excluding products and membership monthly fees.

What is the membership term?
The initial membership term is three (3) months, which is required to fully experience the benefits of the recommended treatments. After the initial term, your membership will automatically renew on a 3-month basis unless you provide 30 days' written notice of cancellation.
If I sign up as a member, do I need to pay for the first three months up front?
No. Your membership is billed monthly, with no upfront payment required for the first three months.
Can I change my membership tier?
Yes. With 30 days' written notice, you may move between membership tiers.
Can unused recovery sessions or body scans roll over to future months?
No. Recovery sessions and body scans must be used in the month they are issued and do not roll over. However, you can book more than one session in day.
Can I gift my recovery sessions or body scans to someone else?
No. Membership benefits are non-transferable. However, you may participate in our member referral program, which provides both you and your referred friend with a $100 credit toward Botox, Dermal Filler, HydraFacial or Glo2Facial, Microneedling: SkinPen MN or Morpheus8 RF MN, or Laser IPL. No partial use of the $100 credit is allowed, must apply 100% of credit to service.
Is there a limit to how many members I can refer?
No. As the 'referrer', you may refer an unlimited number of new members and receive referral credits ($100 each) for each qualifying referral. As part of this referral program, each referred member ('referee') will also receive a $100 credit. Both referrer and referee credits expire within six months from referred member sign up date.
How do I cancel my membership?
To end your membership, simply complete the membership cancellation form with your name, email, and phone number. You'll also have the option to share your reason for canceling so our team can better support you. Once submitted, a team member will reach out to guide you through next steps. As outlined in your agreement, a 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.
If I cancel my membership and sign up at a later date, will my original pricing be honored?
No. Pricing is only valid for active memberships. If you terminate your membership for any reason and later re-enroll, you will forfeit your previous pricing and will be subject to then-current membership rates
